Returns & Exchanges:
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained for all return requests prior to sending product back. No product will be accepted without an RGA number. Products will only be accepted in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of the original invoice date.
To receive an RGA number please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your original order number, reason for return and any other details. We will respond with an RGA number and the return shipping address.

YourPoolHQ does not ship Internationally. YourPoolHQ only ships within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). Typical delivery times are 2-5 business days for FedEx, UPS or USPS and 7 to 10 business days for LTL Freight shipments. Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of a package from YourPoolHQ you will be charged a $15 refusal fee. This is a UPS/FedEx refusal charge.
If you did not receive an order confirmation # or an order confirmation email please check both your spam and junk folders after you've submitted your order. To receive your products you must first successfully submit an order and receive an order confirmation number. You can check the status of your order here.
